Dr. Paula Noble Fellingham
Education and Achievements.
- Paula holds a Doctorate of Education Degree in Human Relations (Ed.D.).
- She received the “Points of Light Award” from U.S. President George W. Bush, the “President’s Service Award” from U.S. Presidents Barack Obama and Donald Trump, and the “President’s Lifetime Achievement Award” from U.S. President Joe Biden.
- Her global work was commended by former Secretary of State, Colin Powell.
- Paula authored eight books, including “Believe It! Become It! How to Hurdle Barriers and Excel Like Never Before.”
- She was honored as Washington State Young Mother of the Year and Utah State Woman of the Year.
Professional Ventures
- Paula founded the Women’s Information Network (WIN), hosting the largest gathering of women in history for the 100th anniversary of International Women’s Day.
- She currently serves as the Founder/CEO of WIN WIN Women, a global multi-disciplined media enterprise.
- Paula is also the Founder of Women Celebrating Life, Inc., Solutions for Families (.com), Global Prosperity and Peace Initiative, International Youth Parliament, and Women of the Middle East Network.
Global Impact
- Paula’s “Total Life Excellence” curriculum is taught worldwide to enhance various aspects of people’s lives.
- She has given presentations at the United Nations, World Movement of Mothers in Paris, World Congress on Families in Geneva, and other international conferences.
- Paula has written for various publications including Times Business News, People Magazine, and International Business Times.
Personal Life
- Paula produced The Fellingham Family musical group, which performed across America and internationally.
- She received her Bachelor of Arts in 1971 and her Doctorate in 2004.
- Paula and Dr. Gilbert Fellingham are parents to 8 children and grandparents to 24 grandchildren.
