Our Founder
Dr. Paula Noble Fellingham received a Doctorate of Education (Ed.D.) in Human Relations. She developed two other global women’s networks, and she has co-presented 400+ events in 152 nations.
Dr. Paula has received awards from the past 4 Presidents of the United States: Presidents Bush, Obama, Trump, and Biden. Paula has written 8 books, and she’s the mother of 8 grown children. After reaching, teaching, and talking with hundreds of thousands of women worldwide, Paula knows women’s hearts and what they need and want.
She knows that a global network and community that provides women with information and solutions for their challenges – on every topic – in real time – was needed and would succeed.
So, with the help of experts and a magnificent, experienced team, Dr. Paula created the Win Win Women Network.
